I choose to support a team of candidates for City Council as I embark on this re-election campaign. This is part of my commitment to the work of this city being about we, not me. I believe in collaboration and working together with people who are committed to making a difference in the vibrant communities across this great city.
Niner Davis
I support Niner because she doesn’t just talk the talk, she walks the walk. From her work with the Youth Tech Academy to her support of the Sweet Ida Mae Pantry, she is out here working to better the lives of Rochester families.

I support Mitch because he is singularly dedicated to addressing food insecurity in this city. His work in developing food resources around the city is unparalleled. He is making a real impact every day.
Dr. LaShunda Leslie-Smith
I support LaShunda because she didn’t just work to get a seat at the table, with Successful Pathways, the non-profit she founded, LaShunda created a whole table. Her passion for empowering women and revitalizing neighborhoods is a credit to our community.
Josie McClary
I support Josie because she is a dedicated civil servant and has served in our government for over 30 years. From her knowledge of local government with her passion for youth mentorship to making local government work for the people, she is well-equipped to get work done for our great city. As a neighborhood leader she will make sure all voices are uplifted.
Miguel Meléndez
I support Miguel because his work in the community and his personal journey makes him uniquely qualified to lift up the voices and lives of our community here in Rochester. He is passionate about developing workforce development activities in the city to help people find employment opportunities that will enable them to thrive.
